We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $79.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time may be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after the carrier receives your package.

Our shipping partners may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, sales events, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

DUTIES & TAXES

No hidden fees. Applicable U.S. import duties and taxes are included in our product prices, so no additional duties will be charged upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, and have all original tags attached.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending your return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Returned items are typically inspected and processed within 14 days after arriving at our warehouse.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
